Bajri Rotla

Suhani this one is for you, I couldn’t resist making Bajri rotla after we talked about it on Friday!

Bajri rotla is one of the type of indian breads that goes very well with curries and especially perfect with Baingan Bharta (click the link for recipe). Enjoy 🙂

Ingredients:

  • Bajri Flour (Millet Flour)
  • Salt
  • Water
