Yummy Guacamole

Everytime I am at any mexican restaurant, I always wonder how they make gaucamole and what is Avacado-Fruit or Vegatable? It’s texture and taste is simply unique. After I knew it’s nutritional value I was keen to make my own version of Guacamole. My family loves it with chips or even as a sandwich spreader! Enjoy

Preparation time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Avacado
  • ½ cup chopped spring onions
  • 1 scoop sour cream
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt per taste

Directions:

Add all the ingredients in food processor (I use Cuisinart Mini Prep) and grind until everything is mixed together. Guacamole is ready to Serve 🙂

Tip:

The seed in the middle of an Avocado isn’t just there to annoy you, keep it with the Guacamole to have the fresh green color…
